Sessions led by a supportive and encouraging run coach. You will improve your cardiovascular fitness and learn to love being outside in the fresh air with likeminded ladies.
You will notice a cancellation policy before paying, please note this is not applicable to the Beginners Run Course as you are paying for the full 6 week course. If there is a week you are unable to attend there may be a possibility of attending on an alternative day that particular week so you don't miss a session.
All sessions must be booked in advance.
Unfortunately cancellations must be made within 8hrs prior to the run session otherwise you will be subject to a cancellation fee.
